Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if any of the following issues are found:
- Color fading before use
- Stitching faults
- Manufacturing defects or damage
- Wrong item or size delivered
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
Refund & Shipping Charges
- In case of a return, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Exchanges are processed without deduction, but the customer may be asked to pay re-delivery charges depending on location.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to use, washing, or misuse
- Products bought on clearance sale (unless faulty upon arrival)
